ForSkills is the market leader for online assessment software for English and maths in the vocational sector. We are a successful and dynamic e-learning business with 15 staff and offices in Mansfield and Durham that provides an innovative range of app and web-based assessments.
Our customers are mainly training and apprenticeship providers and FE colleges. We are part of the NCFE group of companies.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the UK’s leading e-learning provider. You will be joining a busy customer engagement team answering inbound calls, providing information, resolving queries and complaints, and responding to emails from customers.
The post if full-time, 37 hours a week, Monday – Friday. It's a busy and varied role within a friendly and supportive team!
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to take ownership for resolving complaints
At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above
Customer focused - someone who can make each customer feel valued
Team player - someone who is supportive of their team members and is happy to help out using own initiative
Ability to handle pressure and a fast pace of work
Experience working within a telephone customer service environment
